Our member Mike posted this photo of his model of the North Eastern Railway Directors Saloon Car. It was built over several years of painstaking effort to create a replica as closely resembling the original as possible. The original was sumptuously decorated inside and Mike has included many of these details in his model.

A one twelfth scale replica of the North Eastern Railway Directors Saloon Car.

The NRM, while admitting knowledge of the vehicle had a note—-No known drawings. That added some interest when I made it. The original is now privately owned and kept on the KWVR.
