- Our site will be open from 10.00 a.m. until late afternoon
- Carriages are available, which are fitted with standard vacuum brakes. Please bring your own Driving Trucks, though a limited number of Trucks will be provided.
- Our facilities include covered raised preparation bays and a hydraulic platform to lift locos.
- A buffet lunch will be provided in our clubhouse with refreshments throughout your stay. We have toilets within the clubhouse.
- All visiting drivers will be given guidance for safe running and instruction on the signalling system.
- We do not require an attendance form to be submitted in advance, however it would be helpful if you could let us know if you plan to come so that we can estimate numbers for catering purposes. (email: secretary@lmmes.co.uk)
- Please bring a copy of your club insurance

The minimum ground level radius is approximately 35ft leaving the steaming bays (an alternative exit is available). The incline is a maximum of 1:76.
